Where to Find the Paleo Pals
Find Benji, Pterry, Dennis, Alistair and Stephanie along the Chapter 1 exhibit route, beginning beside the egg nest after the theater and ending beyond the laboratory. Activate their talk boxes as you go to unlock Paleo Pal Review.
The Paleo Pals are Dalton’s Dinos’ mascots, and their statues have buttons that play mascot facts. Press each talk-box button when you reach it. Keep track of the character names as you follow the route so you know which stops you have visited.

Follow the Exhibit Route to Stephanie
- Visit Benji after the theater. Finish the projector sequence, return to the theater and take the gate that opens after the preshow. Pass through the blue tunnel into the large exhibition, where long-necked dinosaurs stand on your right. Find the nest containing eggs and activate the mascot statue immediately to its left.
- Find Pterry in the Watering Hole. Continue along the exhibition route until you reach the Watering Hole area. Locate the globe, then check beside the nearby wall for Pterry. Press the talk-box button here before continuing with the exhibition’s other objectives.
- Stop at Dennis beside the flashlight shutter. Progress through the control-room section and continue through the exhibition until you climb back down on its other side. This is the area where you need a token to obtain the flashlight. Dennis stands just left of the shutter where you insert that token, so activate his talk box while you are there.
- Reach Alistair beyond the workshop. Continue through Dilo Dash and emerge from the dark tunnel into the large area with a panel missing a button on your left. Head past that panel and look for the workshop entrance on your right before the next exhibition section. Leave the workshop, turn right into the adjoining display and activate Alistair on your left.
- Finish at Stephanie beyond the laboratory. Recover the meteor button, use it to open the passage and jump through the meteor opening. Follow the route through the vents until you drop into an area with a laboratory on your right. Continue into the next room, where Stephanie is in plain sight, and interact with her talk box.
Complete Paleo Pal Review
Paleo Pal Review rewards interacting with the different Paleo Pal talk boxes. For a straightforward trophy attempt, activate every named station along the route above and finish with Stephanie. Her talk box is the final stop on this route, where the trophy unlocks after the preceding interactions.
Multiple copies of the mascot statues appear throughout the game. Use the character names to track your visits, especially if you are returning after a break. A personal checklist of Benji, Pterry, Dennis, Alistair and Stephanie will help you follow this route without overlooking a named stop.
Replay for a Missed Talk Box
- Open Level Select from the main menu and revisit Chapter 1. Level Select lets you return to levels to collect anything you missed, including another visit to the Paleo Pal route.
- Use the missed mascot’s landmark to guide your replay. Check the egg nest for Benji, the Watering Hole globe for Pterry, the flashlight shutter for Dennis, the exhibition beyond the workshop for Alistair, or the room beyond the laboratory for Stephanie.
- Press the talk-box button at the stop you missed, then continue to any other names still on your checklist. If you are retracing the full route, finish at Stephanie after activating the earlier stations.
